What is a "Member Code or Reference Code"?

A Member Code or Reference Code is a unique code assigned to an UrbanSoft member company. It is used to identify the company within the UrbanSoft platform and helps other members connect with the correct company, and member can use this member code to refer other company to join UrbanSoft, and get reward under "Affiliate Program".

What Can I Do?

You can use your Member Code when:

• Sharing your company details with other UrbanSoft members.

• Connecting with suppliers, clients, or business partners.

• Referring another company to join UrbanSoft.

• Identifying your company when communicating with UrbanSoft support.

Example

For example, when another UrbanSoft member wants to connect with your company, they may use your Member Code to identify and select the correct company.

• Your Member Code is related to your company membership, not an individual staff account.
