Can I choose different "Payment billing cycles" for "My Plan and Add-ons"?

Billing cycles for UrbanSoft main subscription plans and add-ons refer to the recurring payment schedules—either monthly or yearly—available for your subscription. Under UrbanSoft's billing policy, your main subscription plan and any purchased add-ons must share the same billing cycle. This means if your primary plan is set to a monthly cycle, all add-ons will follow a monthly cycle as well; if it is set to yearly, all add-ons will align to yearly billing.

What Can I Do?

You can align your subscription preferences effectively by keeping the following options in mind:

• Choose between a Monthly or Yearly billing cycle when setting up or upgrading your primary subscription plan.

• Add extra features and functionality (add-ons) to your account, knowing they will automatically match your active main plan's billing period.

• Switch your main plan's billing cycle (e.g., from monthly to yearly) to automatically synchronize your add-on billing periods simultaneously.

For example, if you choose the Yearly plan for your UrbanSoft account and decide to add a extra user license or feature module, the add-on will automatically be billed on a yearly basis to align with your main subscription date and invoice.

Important Notes

• Separate billing cycles for add-ons and main plans are not supported; both must strictly use the same billing period (monthly or yearly).

• Switching your main plan's billing cycle will update the billing cycle for all active add-ons attached to your account.

• Annual billing options often offer better overall value and simpler account management with a single periodic payment.

• For periods of less than a full month, we calculate the payable amount using an average value.
