This guide explains how to choose and subscribe to an UrbanSoft membership plan. You will learn how to access the subscription page, select your preferred plan tier, choose a billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly), and complete the payment to activate your subscription.
When Do You Use This?
Use this process when you want to sign up for a paid UrbanSoft subscription plan, upgrade from a Starter free trial, or activate premium features, top-up credits and top-up deposits for your account.
Before You Start

Monthly Billing: Charged automatically each month (Recurring Payment). You can cancel or switch plans at any time, and new plan pricing takes effect immediately upon switching.

Yearly Billing: Requires a non-refundable one-time full payment for the entire year. It cannot be cancelled during the active period, but you are allow to switch to higher plans before the yearly subscription expires.

Navigate to Report & History > Transaction / Order History > + Top Up Credit / Upgrade.

Select your member details and company name.

Locate the Subscription Plans section on the page.

Browse the available subscription plans and select your desired plan tier (e.g. Launch, Growth, Advance, Premium or Elite).

Choose your payment frequency (Monthly or Yearly).

Click the circle below Option to confirm the subscription plans you want.

Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, eWallet, FPX - Online Banking).

Review your selected plan details. Click Clear All Selections if you need to reset your choices.

Click Pay Now to confirm your subscription request.

Follow the payment instructions to complete the payment transaction.

Once payment is confirmed, your UrbanSoft account will be successfully upgraded to the chosen subscription plan, granting immediate access to the associated features.
