Can I "Upgrade or Downgrade" my purchased add-on to another tier?

An add-on upgrade or downgrade refers to changing the tier or capacity of an additional feature module attached to your UrbanSoft account. Under UrbanSoft's membership rules, each membership tier (such as Advance) comes with its own exclusive set of add-ons and pricing structures. Add-ons are strictly tied to your current membership tier, meaning you can only purchase and use add-ons that match your active tier.

What Can I Do?

You can manage your feature requirements through the following options:

• Purchase and use any add-ons specifically available for your current active membership tier.

• Upgrade your overall UrbanSoft membership tier if you need access to higher-level add-ons or advanced features from another tier.

• Review the available add-ons and pricing corresponding to your tier directly in your account admin before making a purchase.

Example

For example, if your company is currently on the "Advance" membership tier, you can only view and purchase add-ons designed for the Advance tier. If you see an add-on or higher feature limit available under a higher tier, you will need to upgrade your main membership tier first before you can purchase that specific add-on.

Important Notes

• Add-ons from other membership tiers cannot be purchased or assigned independently without matching your primary membership tier.

• To access higher-tier add-ons or expanded limits, you must upgrade your main membership tier first.

• Downgrading your main membership tier may also adjust or restrict the availability of certain add-ons assigned to your account.
