What happens to my active add-ons when I "Upgrade or Downgrade" my membership plan?

The status of your active add-ons during a membership plan change, refers to how your extra features and subscriptions are managed, when you upgrade or downgrade your main UrbanSoft membership tier. In UrbanSoft, each membership tier has its own exclusive set of add-ons and pricing. When you change your membership plan, your active add-ons will automatically adapt to align with your new tier: compatible add-ons remain active and prorated, while add-ons not supported under the new tier will be adjusted or deactivated accordingly.

What Can I Do?

You can manage your add-ons smoothly during plan transitions with these available options:

• Upgrade your main membership tier to keep existing add-ons active or unlock higher-tier add-ons with greater capabilities.

• Review your active add-ons before downgrading to understand which ones match your new target tier.

• Enjoy synchronized billing, as any retained add-ons will automatically recalculate charges to align with your new plan's billing period.

Example

For example, if you upgrade from the Advance tier to a higher membership tier, any active add-ons that exist in the new tier will remain in your account and align with your new subscription cycle. However, if an add-on is exclusive to your previous tier and unavailable in the new tier, it will be automatically discontinued upon plan change.

Important Notes

• Add-ons are strictly tied to specific membership tiers; you can only maintain and purchase add-ons that belong to your active tier.

• Downgrading your membership tier may result in losing access to tier-specific add-ons that are not supported on the lower plan.

• All stored account data associated with your add-ons remains safe in the system, even if an add-on becomes inactive due to a tier change.
