Can I choose different "Payment options" for "My Plan and Add-ons"?

Payment options for UrbanSoft plans and add-ons refer to the billing settings, payment methods (such as credit card or direct payments), and billing frequencies (monthly or yearly) available for your subscription. Under UrbanSoft's billing framework, payment settings—including both billing frequency and account payment methods—apply to your account as a unified structure. Your main subscription plan and any purchased add-ons must use the same billing cycle (either monthly or yearly) and process payments under your primary active payment account.

What Can I Do?

You can manage your subscription payment settings easily by following these options:

• Select your preferred billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly) during checkout or when upgrading your primary subscription plan.

• Set up and update your primary payment method (e.g., Credit Card, eWallet, FPX, Bnak Transfer) in your account settings, which will automatically handle renewals for both your plan and add-ons.

• Add extra functionality through add-ons knowing that their billing frequency and payment processing will automatically align with your active main plan.

Example

For example, if you pay for your main UrbanSoft subscription on an annual basis using your saved corporate credit card, any additional user licenses or add-on modules you purchase will automatically be billed annually to that same corporate credit card.

Important Notes

• Separate billing cycles or independent payment setups for add-ons and main plans are not supported; all active subscriptions on an account share the same billing frequency.

• Changing your account's primary payment method, updates the payment option for both, your main plan and all associated active add-ons simultaneously.

• Selecting annual billing options, typically offers better pricing value, and simplifies billing management into a single recurring transaction.
